How I Make My Favorite Breakfast ATM: Grace’s Idiot-Proof Recipes!

Hello friends!

I have discovered a perfect concoction for a healthy breakfast. This keeps me full and energized for a long time but I don’t feel sick after I eat it.

Here is what you need:

(I wanted to include pictures of all the ingredients but then I bruised my elbow, and, well, that didn’t end up coming to fruition. I’m sorry.)

Oatmeal (I use the Quaker Maple and Brown Sugar with reduced sugar.)

Almond butter

Chia seeds

Coconut flakes (Not shavings. Flakes. The flakes are crunchier.)

Dairy-free chocolate chips

Now here’s how easy it is. Make the oatmeal. Try not to let it explode. Top it with a little of everything. I usually use around one tablespoon of chia seeds, two tablespoons of coconut flakes, one heaping spoonful of almond butter, and one tablespoon of chocolate chips. It’s like guilt-free chocolate chip pancakes AND you won’t feel sluggish afterwards.

It’s the little things. 🙂 I love this breakfast.
