I’m sure you’ve heard of the Law of Attraction.
In a nutshell, the Law of Attraction is the idea that if you believe that what you desire in life is available to you, you can manifest it and make it a reality. In other words, you attract positive vibes by having the right mindset. Pretty simple, right?
Practicing the Law of Attraction can be beneficial, but challenging especially if you’re used to having a negative thought process. Manifestation basically means living as if you already have what you’re after: for example, thanking your Higher Power for providing it for you. Let’s say you want to travel to Italy. You would say out loud, “Thank you, Universe, for giving me the opportunity to travel to Italy. I know this experience will help me grow as a human being.” I know what you’re probably thinking: how is pretending I already have the money and the means to travel overseas going to make it happen?
Well, that’s not exactly how this works. Simply saying, “I already have what I want” doesn’t make it magically appear. But when you speak your goals in tangible terms, you’re one step closer to making them a reality rather than just a dream. The next step is the how. How can I budget for this trip to Italy? How long will I stay? How will I get there? And the answers become abundantly clear.
This practice also helps raise your frequency. Scientists like Tesla and Einstein believed that the world we live in functions in waves. So if you’re vibrating at a high frequency, you will physically attract other high-vibing people. Which is probably what you want in life.
Practicing self-love, awareness, mindfulness, and manifestation can all help raise your frequency. Even simply smiling, being present, and maintaining contact with your inner light will help you radiate love and in turn attract it back.
So there’s a little synopsis on the Law of Attraction, manifestation, and frequencies. Three different topics that you can go into depth on, but they’re all intertwined.
